We aim to fost open dialogue, the free exchange of scientific ideas, and equal opportunity and fair treatment for all participants, in a setting free from harassment and discrimination.

Reporting Harassment/Misconduct

Any individual who experiences or witnesses harassment or misconduct is encouraged to report it to ISSOL, the IAU Astrobiology Commission, or Sorbonne University staff.

Individuals wishing to file a formal report may contact the organizers directly. It is recommended to document relevant details (e.g., date, time, location, description of the incident). Reports will be handled as confidentially as possible, consistent with the need to conduct a fair and thorough review and to respect the rights of all parties involved.
